At Commerce Court, sustainability is all about achieving a positive balance and responsible connection with the greater community.  In partnership with our tenants, we've worked to lighten our environmental footprint and in the process, have been honoured with BOMA's Earth and Office Building of the Year Awards as well achieving the BOMA BEST Level 3 certification for sustainable excellence. 

Our number one priority is to always provide our tenants with a safe, comfortable and quality workplace. That includes being responsible and efficient through our many sustainable initiatives: recycling, energy and water conservation practices, systems modernization and working with environmental organizations such as FLAP for migratory bird protection.
