	2010 — BOMA Earth Award Awarded April 2010 at the BOMA Toronto Celebration of Excellence Dinner. In recognition of excellence in resource preservation and environmentally sound management.
	2010 — BOMA BESt Level 3 This prestigious national certification program awards properties levels of achievement in environmental leadership/stewardship and innovative green practices.
	2009 – BOMA Certificate of Excellence In recognition of building quality and excellence in property management.
	2009 – BOMA TOBY Award/The Office Building of the Year Award/National In recognition of excellence in property management, operations, resource conservation, environnmental awareness, design, leasing and customer service.
